I'm packing and cleaning today but here is a video of Jake taking a bath. Enjoy! Sorry that it's sideways. That's my fault for videoing it that way and you can't turn a avi file. Sorry! It's still fun!

He is SOOOOOO cute! Do you use anything to keep him from slipping around? My little guy is so slippery when sitting in the sink and the other day he slipped forward and did a major nose dive!
Jake sometimes does slip a little bit when he gets really wiggley, but usually I'm right there to kind of grab him. I tried different things in the bottom and haven't found the perfect and economical one yet. If I do I will let you know. :)
Ok what a freekin' adorable kid!! He must take after his Uncle Tim!! Just wanted you to know I have been stalkin' ya'll and reading your blog! I really enjoyed this clip into "Jake's world" He looks like he has grown a lot since I saw him last. Love Aunt Robyn (:
He is so adorable,I enjoy your writings so much and am encouraged by it,growing helped me as I am in the school of learning myself with patience and waiting on the Lord with having a child of my own (cannot go into to much details but will soon)and just puting it like that "a child of my own - it will never be mine ever as it is God but my longing and desires for a baby grows every single day as I drive pass mothers with children, children playing at home and precious litle Jake, well your recipes are exciting, will be trying them with my gas stove this weekend:),tks for taking the time to share "you" with so many of us that is being blessed with every word you write
I am the mother of the most adorable baby in the world, Jake. He was born on July 24, 2007.
He has been the best teacher the Lord has ever given me.
He truly is a reward and a gift.
I have an amazing husband, Rob, who works full time so I can stay home with Jake. He also is working on grad school.
Our lifelong goal is to serve the God who saved us by His grace alone in some sort of full time Christian work. We believe the Lord would have us serve in Africa somewhere. We are eager to see how and where He will lead in our future.
